The Financial Accountant at Vivi plays a vital role in maintaining accurate and compliant financial records for a global, hardware-enabled SaaS business. This position supports the Financial Controller and CFO in delivering high-quality financial reporting and ensuring compliance with IFRS and local statutory requirements. The team values collaboration and continuous improvement, working together to enhance financial processes and systems.

You'll be responsible for

Preparing financial reports

Preparing month-end journals, reconciliations, and financial statements in accordance with IFRS, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal financial policies.

Maintaining general ledger

Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet accounts, managing monthly bank reconciliations, and supporting accounting for Vivi hardware assets.

Supporting management reporting

Supporting preparation of monthly management accounts, providing accurate financial data for rolling forecasts, annual budgets, and board reporting.

Skills you'll need

Financial reporting

Prepare month-end journals, reconciliations, and financial statements in accordance with IFRS, including group reporting requirements.

General ledger management

Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts, including accruals, prepayments, intercompany balances, and foreign currency items.

Revenue accounting

Support revenue accounting processes in line with IFRS 15, including review of contracts, billing accuracy, and revenue recognition inputs.
