You'll be responsible for

Managing debt collection

Liaising directly with tenants to collect arrears and manage invoicing queries via email and phone, while delivering debt collection activities in line with KPI requirements.

Financial administration

Working with the Finance Team to manage Water Rates tracker and Council Rates, reviewing leases and managing all TAM-related invoices.

Providing administrative support

Collaborating with the Retail Precinct Manager on sales data collection and auditing, while managing digital and physical mail relating to key duties.
