Strengthen finance risk frameworks and implement robust, well-tested controls across key areas (P&L, balance sheet, tax) aligned with Stake’s risk appetite.⚙️
Ensuring best-in-class tools
Ensure best-in-class tools, controls, and workflows across finance operations, including reconciliations, payments, integrations, and audit trails.🔍
Leading audits and compliance
Lead audits, manage external advisors, and ensure full compliance with tax and regulatory reporting requirements (e.g. AFSL).Key criteria
📊
7+ years accounting experience
Demonstrated ownership of close, statutory reporting, and audits.View

Experience in fintech or complex systems
Proven background with GL integrations and data pipelines.View
