The Westpac Financial Markets & Treasury Graduate Program is an exciting opportunity for original thinkers and innovators from all degrees of study. As a Graduate on a Trading desk, you will work at the centre of global financial markets, supporting pricing, risk management and execution of products across fixed income and currencies. This role is designed for those who are intellectually curious, numerate and excited by financial markets where decisions matter. This program is designed to kickstart your career while providing hands-on exposure to live markets, working closely with experienced traders and sales teams to help manage risk, analyse market developments and deliver outcomes for our institutional, corporate and government clients. You'll be responsible for

Support traders in the day-to-day management of market risk, positions and P&L
Being an integral part of a team to help deliver solutions.🏦
Analyse market data, flows and macro developments to inform trading decisions
Build and maintain analytical tools and models to support trading and risk management.🐣
Exposure to diverse customers
