Providing customer service triage
Delivering the customer service triage function as the first point of contact for NSW Ambulance employees seeking advice on workplace injury and incident notifications and Workers Compensation claims.🗂️
Delivering administrative support
Providing timely, accurate, and confidential administrative support, ensuring legislative obligations are met and information is efficiently transferred to the appropriate Recovery teams and service providers.💼
Supporting mental health programs
Assisting with the administrative functions of NSW Ambulance's Mental Health Support Program and managing non-significant workers compensation claims.
