You'll be responsible for

Leading boutique operations

Lead Boutique Operations & Team for Sydney Boutique, ensuring effective and timely presentation of all administration, inventory, operations and logistics.
💰

Monitoring financial aspects

Monitor daily financial aspects of boutique sales, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of transactions to the Corporate office.
📚

Training team members

Train all new Boutique team members on financial guidelines, Richemont operations and all processes related to sales.

Key criteria

🎓

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Possession of a Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.

4-5 years management experience

Demonstrated experience managing in a fast-paced luxury environment.
