You'll be responsible for

Coaching and developing team members

Partnering closely with the Assistant Manager to develop and coach the team to deliver expert home styling advice and drive outstanding store sales.

Managing store operations

Working across different store locations to cover periods of annual and long service leave, as well as any Management vacancies.

Delivering exceptional customer experience

Ensuring a minimum of two team members during shifts to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
