Driving a high-performance selling culture to exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and consistently elevate team capabilities through targeted coaching and development.

Making data-driven decisions

Utilizing and interpreting reporting data to inform operational decisions, collaborating closely with the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and fellow Senior Beauty Advisors.
