The FM Systems & Data Subject Matter Expert (SME) plays a vital role in supporting FM Platform and system users to achieve business and contractual outcomes. This position is essential for ensuring that systems are fit for purpose and continuously improved, driving consistency across FM Platform systems. Collaboration and teamwork are key, as the SME works closely with various stakeholders to enhance processes and support the overall business plan.

You'll be responsible for

Maintaining FM platform systems

Responsible for the maintenance-related content and application of FM platform systems, ensuring they meet business and statutory requirements.

Driving continuous improvement

Leading efforts to enhance maintenance performance through effective system management and stakeholder coaching.

Supporting data management

Assisting in the administration of CMMS, including data entry, validation, and reporting to support operational needs.
