You'll be responsible for

Supporting the operations of Ten Stories Restaurant and assisting team members and managers in delivering exceptional service.

Ensuring guest satisfaction

Providing efficient, friendly, and professional service to all guests, both in-house and external.

Adhering to standards

Following all Standard Operating Procedures and ensuring compliance with legal requirements for bar operations.
