You'll be responsible for

Supervising dinner service

Overseeing Food & Beverage dinner service within the restaurant and bar to ensure service standards are met.

Assisting in purchasing and stock control

Supporting the Restaurant Manager in managing inventory and purchasing processes.

Leading and mentoring the team

Building and developing a high-performing team through a motivational and empowering approach.

Food and beverage service experience

Minimum 2 years in high-end dining operations.
