You'll be responsible for

Supervising food & beverage attendants and team leaders

Ensure that all staff maintain hotel standards and adhere to company policies across various dining experiences.

Ensuring smooth shift operations

Deliver customer-focused service and effectively supervise staff to maintain high satisfaction levels for both guests and employees.

Promoting a positive work culture

Foster an environment that embodies voco’s ethos of unstuffy, thoughtful, and charming service while striving for constant improvements.

Food and beverage supervision experience

Demonstrated experience supervising food and beverage operations in hospitality.
