You'll be responsible for

Leading and motivating teams

Leading and motivating Food & Beverage teams during service to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
📚

Training and coaching

Training, coaching and developing team members to uphold Elysium Noosa's service standards and service rituals.
🚀

Driving operational excellence

Driving food and beverage sales through product knowledge and upselling while ensuring compliance with safety requirements.

Food and beverage supervision experience

Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor or similar role.

Current RSA Certificate
