You'll be responsible for

Assisting F&B Management in managing daily operations of The Ritz-Carlton Lobby Lounge, ensuring smooth and efficient service across shifts.

Leading and training team

Assisting in leading, training, and motivating the lounge team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Enhancing revenue strategies

Helping implement strategies to enhance revenue and guest engagement under the guidance of F&B Management.

Key criteria

Food and beverage management experience

Proven experience in managing food and beverage operations.
