You'll be responsible for

Providing counselling and case management
Delivering counselling and case management to clients participating in the MERIT and Drug Court programs, helping them build stability and wellbeing.🔍
Conducting comprehensive assessments
Getting to know each client through comprehensive assessment and thoughtful treatment planning to support meaningful behavioural change.🤝
Collaborating with stakeholders
Working closely with justice partners, community agencies, and internal teams to ensure clients receive coordinated and compassionate care.Key criteria
🎓
Relevant degree and registration
Degree in Occupational Therapy, Social Work, or Counselling with professional registration.View

Clinical experience
Demonstrated clinical experience providing assessments and interventions for substance use.View

Stakeholder liaison skills
Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders, including justice system partners.View
