You'll be responsible for

Defining technical and product DNA

Working directly with founders to shape the company's direction from day one.

Influencing architecture and culture

Having a direct impact on architecture, product direction, and engineering culture.

Solving complex problems

Tackling hard, unsolved problems in AI, ML, systems, and developer tooling.

Skills you'll need

🔧

Systems engineering

Experience with distributed systems, databases, networking layers, or infrastructure at scale.
📚

Programming language expertise

PhD or equivalent depth in programming languages, program analysis, or program synthesis.

Machine learning

Experience with reinforcement learning, robotics, or autonomous systems.
