This job is about being the first recruiter at Coreflow, where you'll have the exciting opportunity to build the recruiting function from the ground up. Your work will directly impact our growth as we scale from a small team to hundreds, ensuring we attract exceptional talent. You'll be responsible for

Owning hiring end-to-end

Taking charge of the hiring process as the first recruiter, scaling from a small team to hundreds.

Building recruiting function

Creating the recruiting function from scratch, including sourcing, process, employer brand, and systems.

Shaping employer brand

Enhancing the candidate experience so everyone who interacts with us leaves impressed.
