You'll be responsible for

Investigating unusual activity

Providing financial security to members through timely investigation of unusual activity and analysis of transactional accounts using various software tools.

Monitoring fraud alerts

Monitoring and evaluating all internal and lending fraud alerts, taking appropriate actions to validate concerns and refer to investigations as needed.

Escalating complex matters

Escalating complex issues to management for further review and action, ensuring thorough oversight of investigations.
