Mindrift is on the lookout for a talented Web Designer to join the Tendem project and craft exceptional web designs that make a real impact. This part-time remote opportunity allows creative professionals to showcase their skills in UI/web design and digital visual communications. Collaboration and innovation are at the heart of the team, ensuring that every design aligns perfectly with the brand's vision.

You'll be responsible for

Designing high-converting pages

Create one-pagers, pitch-style landing pages, and simple marketing sites based on textual copy, outlines, or existing drafts.

Translating brand assets

Convert brand assets and social media visuals into responsive web layouts and structured components for easy implementation.

Preparing production-ready files

Organize Figma frames, export assets, and detail specs for seamless handoff to developers or no-code tools.

Web design experience

2+ years of experience in web and UI design.
