Leading and developing teams
Lead, coach and develop frontline teams to build a high-performance, collaborative and accountable culture.⚙️
Driving operational performance
Provide visible, hands-on leadership to proactively resolve issues and deliver AOP targets across safety, quality, cost, service, labour and environmental performance.✅
Ensuring product quality and compliance
Work in conjunction with Quality and Warehouse Supervisors to ensure product quality, HACCP, and compliance with quality systems; ensuring all materials and equipment is available to meet production requirements.Key criteria

5+ years in frontline production leadership
Experience leading teams in FMCG or food manufacturing environments.View
