Managing funding claims
Managing AN-ACC funding claims and mentoring onsite Assessment and Care Planning Nurses to ensure efficient resource allocation and high quality resident care.🔍
Enhancing funding accuracy
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance funding accuracy and service outcomes.🚗
Frequent travel
Ability to travel frequently across our SEQ & NSW care homes (valid driver’s licence required).Key criteria
