Leading the garden maintenance team
Overseeing the team of garden maintenance staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and exceed client expectations.👥
Providing guidance and mentorship
Offering training and support to enhance team members' skills and safety practices.🌼
Performing hands-on gardening tasks
Engaging in activities such as mowing, pruning, and general garden care to maintain high horticultural standards.Key criteria

Horticulture certification
Certificate III in Horticulture or equivalent experience required.View
