You'll be responsible for

Leading a mobile crew

Overseeing a mobile crew caring for prestigious clients from Parramatta to Penrith, ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction.

Grounds maintenance

Performing grounds maintenance tasks including mowing, pruning, hedge trimming, weeding, mulching, planting, and general garden care.

Safety culture

Fostering a culture of safety by ensuring all work is completed safely and reporting on progress and issues.

Horticulture qualification

Trade qualification in horticulture or equivalent experience.
