As a General Counsel and Company Secretary, you will lead the legal function during a pivotal growth phase, managing a team and overseeing governance while driving the company's transition to an AI-native organisation. Collaboration is key, as you will work across various departments to streamline contracting processes and make a meaningful impact on the company's success.

You'll be responsible for

Leading the legal function

Manage a team of two Legal Counsel and oversee external counsel relationships while acting as Company Secretary to the Board.

Designing legal workflows

Create new legal and company secretary workflows built around AI to enhance efficiency.
🤝

Collaborating across departments

Work with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to simplify the contracting process.

10+ years legal experience

Proven experience in legal roles within fast-growth environments.
