Creating and implementing HSE initiatives that promote a proactive safety culture and enhance employee experience.

Leading data and reporting processes

Overseeing HSE data management, including KPI development and regulatory monitoring to support informed decision-making.

Providing functional leadership

Fostering engaging relationships and collaboration across the HSE Rail and Touring team and the broader Journey Beyond group.

10+ years in Health, Safety & Environment roles.
