Owning retail operations, sales & performance
Own end-to-end retail execution across the ANZ store network, delivering sustainable sales growth and EBIT through disciplined operations, frontline leadership and excellence in high-volume, seven-day trading environments.👥
Driving people leadership, safety & workforce productivity
Lead through leaders by building capability, accountability and succession while embedding a safety-first culture and optimising labour, productivity and cost discipline across a large frontline workforce.Key criteria
