Lead and deliver an exceptional resident experience across catering, cleaning, laundry and maintenance services in line with aged care standards.

Managing workforce

Manage workforce planning, master rostering and staff utilisation to ensure adequate coverage and support team performance.

Overseeing compliance

Ensure operational compliance including WHS, infection control, audits, emergency preparedness and contractor management.

Key criteria

🏥

Aged care or hospitality experience (3+ years)

Experience in a regulated environment is essential.
