You'll be responsible for

Building and maintaining rate access codes
Build, maintain and audit rate access codes and tables in the Global Distribution System (GDS) and POS tools for consortia and client-negotiated hotel programs🤝
Providing customer support
Provide internal/external customer support and troubleshooting for rate availability, access and booking procedures for hotel programs in the GDS and POS tools📜
Creating rate loading instructions
Create rate loading instructions and distribute as requiredWhat we're looking for
🛫
5+ years GDS experience
Proven experience with Global Distribution Systems for hotel bookings.View fit

Knowledge of hotel viewership processes

Salesforce and CRM proficiency
