This job is about joining Flight Centre Travel Group's hotel viewership team to elevate their service and expertise. The position plays a crucial role in supporting internal and external teams with hotel programs, ensuring a seamless experience. You'll be responsible for

Building and maintaining rate access codes

Build, maintain and audit rate access codes and tables in the Global Distribution System (GDS) and POS tools for consortia and client-negotiated hotel programs
🤝

Providing customer support

Provide internal/external customer support and troubleshooting for rate availability, access and booking procedures for hotel programs in the GDS and POS tools
📜

Creating rate loading instructions

Create rate loading instructions and distribute as required

Key criteria

🛫

5+ years GDS experience

Proven experience with Global Distribution Systems for hotel bookings.

Knowledge of hotel viewership processes

Understanding of GDS hotel formats and related tools.

Salesforce and CRM proficiency

Experience maintaining account information in Salesforce.
