You'll be responsible for

Developing and implementing security frameworks

Identify, develop, and implement security processes, standards, and policies that align with Datacom’s Information Security Plan and strategic objectives.

Collaborating across business units

Work closely with internal teams to ensure the consistent application of security controls that meet Datacom and business requirements.

Leading continuous improvement and assurance

Lead ongoing auditing, monitoring, and enhancement of security controls, including the development and maintenance of Threat and Risk Assessments (TRA), System Security Plans (SSP), and Security Risk Management Plans (SRMP).

Information security experience

Extensive experience in information security, audit, or compliance.

Regulatory compliance knowledge

Proven understanding of ISM, PSPF, NZISM, and PSR standards.

GRC tooling proficiency

Experience with GRC tools, preferably Vanta, for automation.
