You'll be responsible for

Investigating accountant’s reports

Reviewing reports for ASX and NSX listings of both Australian and foreign companies, and reporting accountant engagements for UK listings on AIM.

Providing advice on transactions

Offering insights related to buy and sell side transactions across a diverse range of industries and markets.
🤝

Working capital negotiation

Negotiating working capital and net debt with vendors and clients to achieve optimal outcomes.
