You'll be responsible for

Market intelligence gathering
Establish and maintain relationships with brokers, owners, and developers to collect and verify real-time commercial real estate market data.✅
Data accountability
Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of CoStar’s extensive database, including the tracking of new construction projects and significant transactions.📋
Client data support
