You'll be responsible for

Providing case management support

Provide case management support in accordance with organisational policies and best practice.

Completing assessments

Complete comprehensive assessments from intake through to case closure.

Developing case plans

Develop and implement client-led case plans that promote safety, wellbeing and recovery.

Key criteria

🎓

Bachelor of Social Work degree

Recently completed or in final year of study.
