This job is about leading the implementation and uplift of QBE’s enterprise-wide data management framework. By working across Group and Divisional teams, you will ensure data standards are consistently embedded, which supports stronger data quality, governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance. You'll be responsible for

Leading implementation

Lead the implementation and ongoing adoption of QBE's Data Management Policy, standards and operating model across Divisions and Group Functions.
🧠

Acting as subject matter expert

Act as the enterprise subject matter expert for data management, providing guidance across metadata, data lineage, data quality, data issue management, and master/reference data.

Establishing compliance measures

Establish, monitor and improve data management compliance measures, KPIs and reporting to drive greater transparency and accountability across the organisation.
