You'll be responsible for

Designing group programs

Design and facilitate group programs that build connection, skills and wellbeing

Co-facilitating groups

Working alongside clinical, peer and community team members to co-facilitate groups that are evidence-based and trauma-informed
👤

Providing 1:1 support

Providing 1:1 support using tailored group material for participants who are not yet ready for group settings

Key criteria

Relevant qualification or experience

Possess a qualification in community services, mental health, or peer work.
