Lead an enterprise-wide Business Continuity Planning (BCP) framework that emphasises operational excellence, standardisation, and continuous improvement across all business units.🔍
Overseeing incident analysis
Oversee end-to-end analysis of continuity-related incidents and near misses to identify systemic issues, strengthen controls, and drive cross-company learning.🌟
Guiding a high-performing team
Guide and develop a high-performing BCP team, setting clear priorities and ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across the organisation.Key criteria
