You'll be responsible for

Leading the design, delivery and evaluation of services

Overseeing the creation and implementation of high-quality, innovative services that meet the needs of people with disability.

Guiding and mentoring a team of Managers

Empowering Managers to provide best-practice, person-centred support to individuals with disability.

Collaborating with internal and external partners

Working closely with various stakeholders to ensure positive outcomes while adhering to operational and quality requirements.

Leadership experience in disability services

Demonstrated experience leading teams in Disability, Health, or Community Services.
