You'll be responsible for

Owning North Star metric

Taking full accountability for your stream's North Star metric and everything required to move it, including product decisions and adoption curves.

Driving adoption and retention

Ensuring that what ships is adopted and retained, holding yourself to the GA unlock threshold on every project.

Running growth-led discovery

Identifying funnel and activation levers to validate and build the fastest path to success.
