You'll be responsible for

Interacting with guests
Engaging with guests and groups through various communication channels to assist with bookings and service requests.🏨
Providing premium guest services
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge on resort services and ensuring guest needs are met in a timely manner.🤝
Collaborating with team members
Working closely with front office and other departments to communicate guest needs and ensure special requests are fulfilled.What we're looking for
