As a mentee at YMCA NSW, you will embark on an exciting journey to become a gymnastics instructor, working closely with experienced coaches. The team values a supportive and fun environment where learning and safety are top priorities.

You'll be responsible for

Assisting coaches

Supporting coaches in delivering engaging gymnastics classes for children of all ages and abilities.

Setting up equipment

Learning how to safely set up gymnastics equipment and create a positive learning space.

Supporting students

Encouraging students with clear instructions and positive reinforcement.
