Driving continuous improvement
Drive continuous improvement, upgrades, and projects to maintain SAP SuccessFactors ECP and its integrations with UKG Pro WFM, SuccessFactors Employee Central, and finance systems.🤝
Collaborating with stakeholders
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, translating them into scalable payroll solutions and initiatives.🧪
Leading system testing and validation
Lead system testing, training, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation of solutions, production changes, and system upgrades.What we're looking for

3+ years SAP HCM experience
Proven experience in SAP HCM or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.View
