You'll be responsible for

Leading employability initiatives

Planning and executing priority careers and employability initiatives in support of RMIT's Education Plan and KPIs.
🏫

Building partnerships

Establishing trusted partnerships with Colleges and Schools to embed employability into program design and student support.

Aligning employer engagement

Coordinating strategic employer and industry engagement across Colleges and Schools to enhance student employment outcomes.
