You'll be responsible for

Owning design strategy and vision

You will set the quality bar across Heidi’s product suite and be held accountable for it.

Leading and developing product designers

You will hire and nurture product designers embedded across clinical pods, ensuring they grow in their craft.

Defining design processes

You will establish how design works at Heidi, including team architecture and ways of working, ensuring the discipline earns its place in product strategy.

8+ years in product design

Proven experience in product design, showcasing a strong portfolio.
