Leading risk and compliance maturity
Drive risk and compliance maturity by leading the design and supporting the implementation of the risk and compliance frameworks including Risk Culture and Code of Conduct supported by best practice governance standards.🏛️
Establishing governance structures
Establish a governance structure that enables the team at all levels to effectively manage outcomes required of the team across a diverse group of stakeholders including the Line 1.🌱
Coaching and developing teams
Lead and coach team members to continuously develop capability, build high performing, collaborative and engaged teams, enabled by robust talent and development plans.Key criteria

Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline
Possession of a degree in risk management, compliance, or related field.View
