You'll be responsible for

Leading and overseeing the Early Childhood Development Program across the Far North Queensland region to ensure high-quality, inclusive early learning.

Building partnerships

Strengthening partnerships with families, schools, and community agencies to ensure coordinated, family-centred approaches to support children's learning.

Monitoring program performance

Monitoring and reporting on program performance, data, and outcomes to inform regional planning and continuous improvement.
