You'll be responsible for

Providing field safety and coaching
Delivering visible field-based health and safety leadership by coaching teams and subcontractors, facilitating risk awareness activities, and supporting the implementation of critical controls for high-risk activities.🔒
Conducting assurance and compliance audits
Monitoring compliance through audits, inspections, and control assurance activities, identifying risks, and driving corrective actions.🚑
Managing incidents and injuries
Supporting incident, injury, and return-to-work management by facilitating investigations and implementing corrective actions.Key criteria

Health and safety experience
Demonstrated experience in health and safety within relevant industries.View

Knowledge of OHS legislation
