Lead complex incident resolution and deep-dive troubleshooting across hardware, software, network, identity, and secure platforms.

Performing systems administration

Perform systems administration including provisioning, endpoint and server maintenance, patching, configuration management, and system health monitoring.

Conducting root cause analysis

Conduct root cause analysis and contribute to problem management, long-term remediation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key criteria

Degree in relevant ICT discipline or equivalent experience

Possession of a degree or equivalent industry experience is essential.
