Providing comprehensive case management to support children and young people living in foster care through a therapeutic, trauma-informed approach.

Collaborating with stakeholders

Working collaboratively with caregivers, families, Child Protection, and community services to ensure care plans are coordinated and responsive.

Conducting assessments and visits

Completing annual assessments, conducting regular home visits, and spending meaningful one-to-one time with young people.

Aboriginal cultural knowledge

Understanding of Aboriginal culture and issues affecting families.
