Conducting thorough assessments of immediate and long-term housing needs for clients at risk of homelessness.

Connecting to housing and supports

Linking clients to suitable housing options and advocating for their tenancy sustainability.

Responding to family violence

Supporting clients experiencing or at risk of family violence to access flexible supports and coordinate responses to their needs.

Key criteria

📚

Tertiary qualification in social work

Degree or significant experience in community services field.
