This job is all about creating memorable experiences for guests while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and service throughout the hotel.

You'll be responsible for

😊

Attending to guest requests

Responding to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner to ensure satisfaction.
🧹

Maintaining cleanliness

Ensuring public areas, guest corridors, and back-of-house spaces are clean and well-presented.
🛏️

Supporting the housekeeping team

Assisting Room Attendants and the wider Housekeeping team as required to maintain operational efficiency.
