Providing expert ER advice
Acting as the go-to expert for employee relations advice, performance management, and award and EBA interpretation.🔍
Proactively managing workplace issues
Working closely with HR Business Partners and leaders to identify, manage, and resolve workplace issues before they escalate.📋
Supporting enterprise agreement bargaining
Assisting in enterprise agreement bargaining and policy updates while providing insights and analysis for informed decision-making.What we're looking for

2+ years in HR or ER
Demonstrated experience in Human Resources or Employee Relations.View
📜
Knowledge of employment legislation
Understanding of Australian and NZ employment laws and frameworks.View
